This Privacy Policy explains how One Condition Fitness LLC ("OCF," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the OCF mobile application and related services. Please read this policy carefully. By using OCF, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who We Are

One Condition Fitness LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. We operate the OCF mobile application, which provides fitness tracking, nutrition logging, charitable giving, community features, and wellness content.

2. Age Requirements

The OCF application is intended for users who are 17 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 17. If you are under 17, please do not use OCF or submit any personal information to us.

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a user under 17 without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe we may have information from or about a minor under 17, please contact us at legal@oneconditionfitness.com.

Children Under 13 — COPPA

While OCF requires users to be 17 or older, we recognize that the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) applies to services directed at children under 13. OCF is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we discover that a user is under 13, we will immediately delete their account and associated data. Parents or guardians who believe a child under 13 has used OCF should contact us immediately at legal@oneconditionfitness.com.

3. Information We Collect

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

Push Notifications

If you grant OCF permission to send push notifications, we collect your device push token to deliver workout reminders, streak alerts, challenge updates, and giving impact notifications. You may disable push notifications at any time through iOS or Android Settings. We do not share push tokens with third parties for advertising purposes.

3.3 Information We Do Not Collect

3a. Health Platform Integrations

OCF may integrate with the following health platforms in future versions, with your explicit consent:

Apple HealthKit

If enabled by you, OCF may read from and write to Apple HealthKit to sync workout data such as active calories, workout duration, and exercise type. We do not store HealthKit data on our servers — it remains on your device and within Apple's ecosystem. OCF does not use any information obtained through HealthKit for advertising, marketing, or any purpose other than displaying it within your OCF profile.

HealthKit integration is disabled by default and requires your explicit permission. You may revoke this permission at any time through iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices.

Google Fit / Google Health Connect

On Android, OCF may integrate with Google Fit or Google Health Connect to sync equivalent workout metrics. The same principles apply: no server storage, no advertising use, explicit consent required.

Samsung Health

OCF may also integrate with Samsung Health on compatible Android devices. Data obtained through Samsung Health is not used for advertising or marketing and is not transferred to third parties for such purposes.

Connected Devices and Wearables

In future versions, OCF may support integration with connected fitness devices such as heart rate monitors, activity trackers, and wearables. Any data received from such devices will be subject to the same principles as health platform integrations above — explicit consent required, no advertising use, no third-party disclosure without consent.

3.4 Information Received from Third-Party Sign-In

If you choose to sign in to OCF using Google or Apple, we receive limited information from those providers to create and maintain your account. From Google Sign-In, we receive: your name, email address, and profile photo (if available). From Apple Sign-In (when available), we receive: your name and email address (Apple may provide a relay email address to protect your privacy).

We do not receive your password, payment information, contacts, or other personal data from these providers. The information we receive is governed by Google's and Apple's respective privacy policies, which you should review. You can control the information shared with OCF through your Google or Apple account privacy settings.

4. How We Use Your Information

Aggregated and De-identified Data: We may aggregate and de-identify your information so that it no longer identifies you personally. We may use and share de-identified or aggregated data — such as overall usage statistics, anonymized activity trends, or aggregate giving totals — for analytics, product improvement, and reporting purposes. We will not attempt to re-identify de-identified data.

4a. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing

OCF uses automated processing and machine learning to enhance your experience. This includes:

  • Food search and recognition — AI-powered search through our food database to suggest matches for logged foods
  • Workout recommendations — automated suggestions based on your fitness level, goals, and history
  • Points calculation — automated calculation of OCF Points earned based on your logged activities
  • Content personalization — your daily affirmations and suggested content are selected based on your profile and preferences
  • Safety and fraud detection — automated tools to detect artificial points accumulation or violations of our Terms

Automated decision-making: We use automated tools to calculate your OCF Points balance, apply your subscription tier benefits, and determine your streak status. These automated processes do not produce decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you. You may contact us at legal@oneconditionfitness.com if you believe an automated decision has been applied to your account in error.

We do not use fully automated decision-making to determine account termination — human review is involved in any significant account actions.

5. OCF Points and Charitable Giving

OCF Points are earned through wellness activities and redeemed as charitable donations. When you designate points to a charity, we record the designation and process a monthly batched payment to that charity on your behalf. This requires us to retain your giving history and the dollar value of your designations.

We commit that 100% of the dollar value of user-designated point redemptions goes to the named charity. OCF retains no margin on charitable disbursements made from user points.

We additionally donate 2% of net Pro subscription revenue to charitable causes quarterly. These funds are distributed at OCF's discretion across vetted partner charities.

6. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not allow advertisers to target you based on your OCF data. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

We work with trusted third-party service providers who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements:

6.2 Community Features

If you choose to make your profile public, your display name, handle, workout activity, and giving milestones may be visible to other OCF users. You control this setting and can change it at any time in Settings → Privacy & Data.

6.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of OCF, our users, or the public.

6.4 Business Transfers

If OCF is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or prominent in-app notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

8. Your Privacy Rights

United States State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain US states have additional privacy rights. OCF does not sell personal information and does not use it for targeted advertising. The following state laws may apply:

  • California (CCPA/CPRA) — right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale/sharing
  • New Jersey (NJDPA) — right to access, correct, delete, portability, and opt out of profiling
  • Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Indiana, Tennessee, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Delaware — similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out
  • Washington State — residents have additional rights under the My Health MY Data Act (MHMD), which applies to consumer health data. OCF's fitness, nutrition, and wellness data may qualify as consumer health data under MHMD. Washington residents may contact legal@oneconditionfitness.com to exercise their rights under this Act.

To exercise any state privacy right, contact legal@oneconditionfitness.com. We respond within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Sensitive personal information: Health, fitness, and nutrition data collected by OCF may qualify as sensitive personal information under certain state laws. Where required by law, we will obtain your consent before using sensitive personal information for purposes beyond providing the core OCF service.

Appeal rights: If we decline your privacy request, you may appeal by emailing legal@oneconditionfitness.com with the subject line "Privacy Rights Appeal." We will respond within 60 days.

EEA/UK Residents (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation including the right to erasure, right to restriction of processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our legal basis for processing is typically contract performance (to provide the service) or legitimate interests (to improve and secure the service). For cross-border transfers of personal data from the EEA or UK to the United States, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or equivalent safeguards as required by applicable data protection law.

9. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including:

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights and freedoms, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

10. Cookies and Tracking

The OCF mobile application does not use browser cookies. We may use mobile analytics SDKs that collect anonymized usage data to help us understand how users interact with the app. These SDKs do not track you across other apps or websites. You can opt out of analytics collection in Settings → Privacy & Data.

10a. "Do Not Track" Signals

Some web browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals to websites. Because OCF is a mobile application and not a website-based service, DNT signals from browsers do not apply to the OCF app. However, you may opt out of analytics data collection within the app at any time through Settings → Privacy & Data.

If you visit the OCF website (oneconditionfitness.com), we honor DNT signals to the extent technically feasible with our analytics provider configuration.

Website Cookies (oneconditionfitness.com)

The OCF website (oneconditionfitness.com) may use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors interact with the site. These may include:

  • Essential cookies — necessary for the website to function properly
  • Analytics cookies — help us understand traffic patterns and improve the site (anonymized)
  • Preference cookies — remember your settings and preferences

You may configure your browser to decline cookies. Note that essential cookies cannot be disabled without affecting site functionality. The OCF mobile app does not use browser cookies.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

OCF may contain links to third-party websites, charity pages, or podcast resources. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through OCF.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, by sending an in-app notification or email. Your continued use of OCF after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
